Back in January 2022 I styled a music video for rappers Manii Ling and Kim Lee. They reached out to me to hire me as the stylist of the video, I heard the song and I was on board.
Their vision for the looks were sexy streetwear, so I gave them luxe street style.
The one thing they wanted for sure was a full bodysuit that covered their face, very bank robber-esque. So for the other looks I wanted it to be cohesive with that. That's where I got the vision of headscarves, a headscarf gives me bougie but I knew when I mixed it with the street style looks it would take it to the vision they saw for themselves mixed with my flavor.
